The Leads: Mentoring Program is an innovative collaboration designed to empower female entrepreneurs by providing access to invaluable resources, mentorship, and capital. This 14-week program, backed by NJSBDC, and William Paterson University, aims to foster economic growth by building a supportive ecosystem for women-owned businesses.

Program Overview:
Eligibility: Women entrepreneurs or senior-level leaders of women-owned businesses, in operation for at least 6 months and generating at least 25,000 in sales.
Duration: 14 weeks, with weekly in-person sessions, workshops a kick-off, pitch competition and graduation event.
